Data Alicia Stores

Alicia may store Discord user IDs, server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, dashboard editor IDs, command settings, server configuration, message layouts, embeds, buttons, dropdowns, profile fields, ticket settings, transcript metadata, anti-scam settings, economy stats, shop items, and shop purchases.

User Profile And Economy Data

If enabled by a server, Alicia may store profile answers, profile images, birthday/age settings, likes, level, XP, balance, daily reward streaks, shop purchase history, and related server-specific display settings.

Ticket And Moderation Data

If ticket transcripts or anti-scam tools are enabled, Alicia may store ticket metadata, transcript files or transcript references, scam detection settings, staff alert data, and known scammer records used to protect servers.

How Data Is Used

Data is used to provide bot features, render dashboard settings, send configured messages, manage tickets, run profiles, process shop purchases, calculate leveling/currency, enforce server settings, and protect servers from abuse.

Discord Login

The dashboard uses Discord OAuth to identify the logged-in user and show servers they can access. Alicia does not store Discord passwords. Discord permissions and server membership are checked through Discord's API.

Data Sharing

Alicia does not sell personal data. Data may be sent to Discord as needed to run bot features. Payment-related actions, when enabled, may be handled by the configured payment provider.

Data Removal

Server owners can remove many settings from the dashboard. Users may ask a server owner or the bot owner to remove stored profile or economy data where applicable. Some moderation or audit data may be kept when needed for server safety or abuse prevention.

Security

Access to the dashboard is limited to authorized users. No system is perfectly secure, but Alicia is designed to keep bot tokens, dashboard sessions, and stored configuration protected from normal users.
