Using Alicia

Alicia is a Discord bot and dashboard for server management, profiles, tickets, messages, moderation, leveling, currency, and shop features. By using Alicia, you agree to use it responsibly and follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Server Configuration

Server owners and authorized dashboard editors are responsible for the content, settings, messages, embeds, buttons, tickets, shop rewards, and automations they configure. Do not use Alicia to harass users, collect sensitive information, impersonate others, or send spam.

Profiles, Tickets, And Messages

Users may create profile data where a server has enabled profile features. Ticket systems may store ticket metadata and transcripts when enabled by the server. Server messages and shop rewards are controlled by the server's administrators.

Availability

Alicia is provided as-is. Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable during maintenance, Discord outages, hosting issues, or database issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Payments And Server Tiers

If paid server tiers are enabled, payments are handled by the configured payment provider. Paid features apply only after payment confirmation. Server owners are responsible for choosing the correct server and tier.

Termination

Access to Alicia may be removed from users or servers that abuse the service, attempt to bypass security, attack the bot or dashboard, or violate Discord rules.
